Top-notch customer service from Rheagan! She is knowledgeable about the product, eager to help, and has a great personality! I love my CLMBR and have been very impressed with the company. I highly recommend Rheagan for any customer service need!

Purchasing the Climbr: The fantastic support team (Becki, Krystin & Reagan) turned me from a slightly skeptical customer into a raving fan. I received my Clmbr in about 2 weeks, as was advertised. The first machine did have a defect, most likely from shipping. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for a replacement - that sparked my skepticism. They over-delivered and I had my replacement in about a week and the setup team was great. The support team has been patient, responsive, and have promptly assisted with all my questions. Using the Climbr: I absolutely love it and it is a fantastic workout. I'm a former 250+ mile a week cyclist, these days stuck indoors on weekdays, usually on my Concept2. The Clmbr is a whole notch above workout - simply put it is great! Killer workout in a short time - more challenging than a Concept2 and IMO more fun than a Peloton. My last question for Clmbr support: Are there any classes planned with heavy metal or alternative rock?

This machine has all the hallmarks of a beta test. It isn't even close to being ready for mass market. It's a wonderful idea that isn't even close to being an acceptable product. Some of this has to do with design flaws, some with poor shipping and assembly. Give it at least two years for them to resolve these issues before you invest your money.

Awesome machine and unbeatable workout. I have not had any issues with my machine. Ended up giving away my other at-home equipment. Wish I would have had it 2 years ago!

None of my support tickets have ever been responded too. Monthly subscription is too high for the immature versions, lack of features, and limited capabilities.

Hi Kevin! I am so sorry to hear this. Do you mind providing me with your email or ticket numbers and we will look into this ASAP. Thank you.

First, I have tried other climbers and they end up causing knee or hip pain due to the angle of the climber. This one gets it right. Second, it is way too expensive for what you get. I am 5 foot 2 inches and there is no way for me to adjust it. I have tried to create platforms for the footpath without success. I notice they sell extenders for tall people....but don't forget about us! I have no doubts that the engineers could come up with a simple safe work around. Third, I really appreciate that there are preset programs and self guided climbs. I appreciate the metrics. They help me know my progress and they are motivating. Fourth, the subscription is engaging and varied and more expensive than I can manage on top of the cost of the machine. There are those who can afford the payments and benefit from a digital community. I think it would be kind and profitable if you threw us poor short people an occasional guided class when you send updates and thick footpads (maybe in 1 or 2 inch thickness that can be stacked as desired).

The best workout ever. Outstanding well built machine. I love the rhythmic climbs to a beat as I've found I go much higher. I don't have a single complaint! I've climbed 230, 000 ft since the end of October😁. That's 43.6 miles climbed🦾🦿😤. I'm not a person who makes excuses or whines ...I only wish I could've bought one sooner.
