Good product concept. Machine mechanical sound software is not. Lots of issues with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Company seems to not be financially sound in long term since new software features and bug fixes are not being added to the platform on a regular cadence. Membership monthly is pricey and the machine cost today is overpriced.

I THINK THE INSTROCTORS CAN MOTIVATE MORE THE STUDENTS TO NOT BE IN THE BORING PART OF THE ROUTINE. THE MACHINE IS VERY ROUTINE MOVEMENT OF WOTKOUT WE NEED TO INSTROCTORS TO MOTIVATE THE STUDENTS OUT OF THAT BORING ROUTINE.

I love my CLMBR but I have had several issues with the connection since April. Imagine working out and in the middle the instructor suddenly stops and you have to wait 5mins to continue.. the absolute worse! I think the software needs some update. Otherwise I love my CLMBR!!!

None of my support tickets have ever been responded too. Monthly subscription is too high for the immature versions, lack of features, and limited capabilities.

Good machine. Like the classes so far. My problems with it is one the right side makes a lot of noise. My other issue is that the metrics don’t line up with the workout. Also there’s no way of putting in my stats for an accurate calorie burn. My watch has me at 500 calories for a 45 minute hit which is awesome btw, but the machine has me at 150.

I really want to like this machine. The machine was put together incorrectly and I didn’t have access to the platform the first week I had it. There is a terrible squeak on right side of the machine. The left handle sticks and has knocked me in my head. The teachers are great leaders and easy to follow but sometimes the call out queues do not match the screen metrics. I also wish there was more variety of music. I took classes for years at Rise Nation and loved that there was more variety in genres of music.

So I ordered my Clmbr on the starter site.. finally came— was dropped off nicely at our house by there was no white glove service as promised. It took a few hours but finally got it together.. the free subscription did not work for the first 3 weeks. Customer Service was actually picking up the phone at first to help.. but now my handlebars are broken and no one seems to answer. I’ve been waiting for a response from the Service team for weeks now after I emailed over the technical issue. Now after using it for about a month I have to say small things bother me- there’s noises that come from the sliders and for the price you would expect it built like a Pelaton. The handlebars jiggle around because the buttons are stuck. I wish the intensity level could be turned up higher… Pros: good workout but pretty sure not going to keep the subscription.. you can do most of it on your own
