I've been a ClickMagick customer for 1.5+ years and I've been in the digital marketing space for over 20 years, so I've used a LOT of tools and services in that time. While I don't write a lot of reviews, ClickMagick easily deserves one. Not only is their tool highly flexible, with easy-to-read reports that I actually trust (which is critical for tracking results!)...but their support team is one of the absolute BEST I've ever experienced. They are insanely reponsive, with detailed answers, and they take time to actually make sure your issue is resolved. And if you've got a unique integration? No worries! They help you get it all sorted out! I've been especially impressed by James who has helped me many times. But ALL of their team is there and ready when needed. It's rare to find an awesome tool AND awesome "bend over backwards" support, but with ClickMagick it exists! Thank you for the great experience, ClickMagick! :)

I am new to the internet marketing space with so much to learn. In this new endeavor I have a few questions as expected and Clickmagick has addressed and answered them quickly and precisely. One of the features I am enjoying is pausing my account since I haven't surrendered full time to internet marketing but working to get there. The pause feature helps to minimize the stress concerning lost data in building your network and when you unpause you pick up where you left off. Awesome I say!

I've been a loyal user of ClickMagick for quite some time now, but I can't help but express my frustration with recent developments. Ever since the campaign overview in ClickMagick was restricted, the tool has become utterly useless. Now, I can't access campaign data as frequently as I need to, especially when it comes to scaling campaigns. It's a major hindrance. What's even more infuriating is that I recently committed to a yearly membership, only to be blindsided by these limitations. ClickMagick seems to be deteriorating steadily, and instead of enhancing their service, they've chosen to enforce these unnecessary restrictions. Why not adjust the prices instead of implementing such nonsensical changes? Overall, I'm thoroughly disappointed with ClickMagick's direction. It's becoming increasingly clear that they prioritize profit over user experience. Unless significant improvements are made, I'll be exploring alternative solutions for my campaign tracking needs.

ClickMagick provides a comprehensive set of tracking and reporting features. But more than that, they back it up with the best support in the industry.

I'm new using ClickMagick Their support was prompt and efficient. Highly Recommend them.

I have used the ClickMagick help ticket system several times and I have to say they have been Fantastic! They have been very quick to respond and provided me with whatever it is I needed mostly during the first contact. If I needed a second contact or I had questions on their respond they again are very quick to respond and help me out. All the people at the help line are Great and I have enjoyed working with them.
