I was still in the training program with Chris`s Velocity Course. Something came up and i had to stop the course .
For Click magick I always unliked that it was uneasy to read and find companies to work with.

Hello. We have never had any customer with the name Tanya Botha. Can you please provide the real name you used to signup for ClickMagick?
It's not technically possible for you to have been charged after cancelling. We've had over 122,000 customers over the past 14 years, and not a single one has ever been charged after cancelling.

Scammed by its hidden trial subscription terms
I was referred to clickmagick through a course by Christopher reader. I was told that it would be a 30-day subscription and hence I clicked subscribe. 14 days later, I found a $79 pending charge to my bank account. After everything, the transaction was traced to clickmagickk. It turns out the 30-day subscription was for Clickmagickk but only 14-day on their Data Insights. I did NOT receive any onboarding email whatsoever regarding the fact that I was subscribing to 2 different services and they charged me without notifying me via any renewal email. Data insight is non refundable according to their terms and I find this very sketchy. Anyone who does subscribe to Clickmagick (though I do not recommend their service anyways due to how badly it integrates with Clickbank, you’re honestly better off just using Google Ads Tracker), an advice to look at their terms properly for any hidden clauses that might get you into any random payments.

I'm so sorry you had that experience. It seems the confusion was caused by the difference in the free trial periods for the two products, which is understandable. The referral partner you signed up with is the only one that offers a 30 day free trial, and we simply didn't account for this and realize the confusion it might cause if someone didn't carefully read what they were signing up for.
We've gone ahead and made a change so that anyone signing up via that referral partner will now get a 30 day free trial on all products, to prevent this confusion in the future.
It appears you submitted this review with a random name so I'm not sure who you are, but if you will reach out to me at patrick at clickmagick dot com I will be more than happy to issue a refund and make this right.
As for our Clickbank integration, it is literally the best in the industry. Chris Reader wouldn't recommend ClickMagick if it wasn't. It sounds like perhaps you just needed some help with it or something. Maybe we can help you with that as well?
Again, please reach out to me at patrick at clickmagick dot com and I'll take care of this for you.

No End of Trial Notification. No Invoices. Just $2,500 in Silent $99 Charges.
I signed up for a free trial of ClickMagick in 2023 and unfortunately didn’t realise that after the 14-day trial, I was being billed $99/month, with no notification that the trial had ended, and no monthly invoices or billing reminders at any point.
Over two years, I was charged more than $2,500 for a service I never used after the initial sign-up. There were no campaigns, no link tracking, no activity at all. When I finally discovered the charges, ClickMagick refunded only the last two months and stated that no further refund was possible, citing policy.
While they were polite in communication, I’m disappointed that a platform charging premium rates doesn’t notify users when a trial converts into a paid plan, nor send basic billing emails. It may be technically within policy, but from a user experience and transparency standpoint, it felt unfair, especially for a service that remained completely unused.
If you’re trying ClickMagick, be extremely cautious. Set calendar reminders and check your billing closely, because they won’t.
