We have no record of this reviewer or the experience described. This is a fake review. Unfortunately, repeated fraudulent reviews and Trustpilot’s non-existent response have made the platform unusable for our business, so we no longer actively maintain this profile. I was still in the training program…
I was still in the training program with Chris`s Velocity Course. Something came up and i had to stop the course . For Click magick I always unliked that it was uneasy to read and find companies to work with.

Outstanding support
Outstanding support! I received a response almost immediately, along with a short video that clearly showed what I had done wrong and how to fix it step by step. The explanation was simple and easy to follow, and my problem was solved in minutes. I’m truly impressed with the high level of customer support. Thank you ClickMagick!

Responsive, Respectful, Refundable
I realized I signed up for this, and it was a mistake. I asked for a refund, and they responded immediately, gave me a refund, with no questions asked. This is a very polite and respectful company that values its customers.
