These guys have the most horrible business practices ever. I have been waiting for my refund for weeks now. No one cares. All they need is to get your money. No help or support in return. Their customer service behave very unprofessionally.

The guy name patrick in customer service is very rude and trying to bring this whole company to the ground. Manager or supervisor should check his work and kick him out with his behavior with customers. I will also post review on my instragram and let my 100k follower know how horrible your company is. I will file a report with BBB as well.
