Each individual exchange was thoughtful but took hours. Candidly the ClickMagick mobile app is extremely poor and mobile is the easiest way to capture screenshots of issues.... asking for screenshots when you have a terrible mobile app is a disaster. 3 of 10 on that one. but otherwise amazing.

The system seems powerful and neat. But they have this unreasonable limitation that short slug must have at least 4 characters, which makes the links too long and not practical for SMS marketing.

On the 13th day of my free trial, I decided to cancel my account, but the system told me "oh, waitwaitwait, let's delay your cancellation for a month!" I agreed, because I thought they will send me at least a notification on my email that the time is up, please make your decision, but nothing happened, and they charged me $37 straight away. A good thing - by the request to the customer service they return money back Needless to say, all those gurus how promote this complicated website have something to get from them, commission or so... As a beginner marketer, I didn't find at all what I can do with all that features as a regular person doesn't need all of this.
