Cleriva Customer Service was excellent in helping me resolve my issue of thinking I had ordered the newer Nova Flow 2.0 when actually I had by accident ordered the original version due to what looked confusing to me regarding the advertising about current offers on Facebook. They provided me a full refund and link to order the newer version. Appreciate the quick and efficient resolution of what was my error.

The customer service agent was patient and helpful. I had a delivery arrive late to my airbnb and I had already checked out when it arrived. So I never received it and the airbnb person didn't "find it." Then life got really lifey with some urgent family situations and I was not able to keep up on my communications with customer service. When I later found out I had not finished dealing with it and contacted customer service, they were so kind and understanding. They helped me get sorted and were even able to send me out a new one. I don't know what the product is like yet, but if it is anything like their customer service, I have very high hopes.

I was so excited to buy this. Checked reviews all looked great so off I went and placed my order waiting excitedly for it to arrive, the latest shipping date being shown as a few days after placing the order And I waited and waited.. A week after placing the order able seeing it still wasn’t despatched I messaged them to be told that they had run out of stock due to big demand and that it wouldn’t now be despatched for another 2 weeks as that was the soonest they would have new stick in and then it would take up to three more weeks to reach me. So I asked for a refund which they said they would do. Imagine my horror when checking their site again today to be told that the item is in stock and the item will be shipped by 30th August which is two days from now. Not 2 weeks, but 2 days. So clearly this is some kind of con where they pretend it’s in stock and really they are taking pre orders before they are produced. Because if they were telling the truth and they had sold out when I placing my order then they wouldn’t still be promising to send the items after 2 days. Disgusting service, buyer beware Edited they have now replied below saying that dates change yet today they are still showing that it will be shipped by 30th August yet their reply below says 6th september for shipping, again showing the dishonesty in their advertising

If you have been thinking of giving Novaflow a try, please do, safe in the knowledge that this company’s customer service is second to none. I tried Novaflow for rhinitis and post-nasal drip and whilst it hasn’t worked for me, the support I’ve received along the way has been brilliant. Coney has responded to my messages and questions really quickly and, as promised with the money-back guarantee, has refunded me. I was really hoping for some success with it but my journey continues. Honestly, I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. First off, huge shout-out to Coney from customer service—super quick, helpful, and sorted everything out without any hassle. That kind of support is rare these days. As for the device itself: I love this little nose gadget. You literally feel the relief almost instantly. Anytime I feel that first tickle or early symptom of a cold coming on, I use it right away and it just knocks it out before it turns into anything real. Haven’t gotten sick once since using it. Great product and top-tier support. Highly recommend!

Here’s my honest review of the Nova Flow 1.0 I took Zyrtec twice a day, Flonase once a day and Astelin twice a day for twenty years. I had a nasal septoplasty, a tube placed in one ear, and more recently, a balloon sinoplasty. I tried an online Rx with the max ingredients they could prescribe in a nasal spray for eight months, until the price went up to $50 a month. None of it gave the relief that I’ve had since getting the NovaFlow. I use it at least once a day, and feel like a normal person most days! I’m so glad I gave NovaFlow a try!
