I thought I would give you an update on my use of my (not so) new NovaFlow as I think it is important for you to receive feedback. Having suffered from some form of nasal congestion all year and every year for as long as I can remember, and certainly from when I was a kid, plus suffering badly from hayfever in the summer months, I have tried everything from injections, tablets, and nasal sprays ad infinitum. I saw on Facebook articles relating to NovaFlow in December 2025 At that time I was really suffering from a very bad bout of cold/man flu and my nose was really congested and I had a really bad cough. Reading your article I thought ‘why not?’ and bought the Cleriva NovaFlow and received it in January 2026. Always the skeptic I was not sure what to expect but I followed the very simple instructions to the letter. Within a matter of days my congestion was gone, not just a bit, but completely cleared. The cough was gone too. The beauty was not how I felt during the day but how I slept. For the first time in as long as I can remember my sleep was great, breathing easily through my nose all night. 8 hours uninterrupted sleep. I felt great. So did my wife who no longer had to suffer my blocked nasal passages. I continued to use the NovaFlow religiously twice per day to make sure the congestion did not return. It didn’t. The deciding factor however, was going to be the summer months when the pollen season kicked in along with my allergies? The season arrived. I stuck with the NovaFlow. The congestion did not return. My nose was clear. All day and all night. Great uninterrupted sleep. Not tired with a lack of sleep. I still felt great. Now, whilst this is a great picture to paint I would say at this point that my nose can still ‘run’ on occasion. But, it’s clear, not the gungy mucus I used to experience and it clears quickly. From time to time I do get a mucussy feeling in my throat and a slight tickly cough but nothing like I used to and easily manageable. It would be great not to have that but I can live with this feeling over and above what I used to experience. It is now August 2026 and overall, I am delighted with my (not so) new NovaFlow and love the fact that I can at long last breathe easily, smell the flowers and freshly cut grass and not have to worry about a blocked nose, and for that I thank you. My Nova flow quit working . There was no return info on the package, and I figured it was just not good quality, so I threw it away. I mentioned this on their site and they offered me a replacement. I was stunned! We emailed back and forth and they are supposed to send me a new one! Great customer service! Thanks!

Like many I wasn't expecting miracles, but the NovaFlow has been genuinely helpful in taking the edge off seasonal allergies. World-class customer service too!

Having used nasel sprays for 40 years, and had two operations for nasel polyps, I sceptically bought one of these as a "worth a try but it's obviously nonsense" purchase. It worked like a dream after about 4 days and I was able to stop using the spray. I was so impressed I bought another couple for some relatives who have the same issue. After 7 months my unit failed to charge and Clervica sent me a replacement Highly recommended. I still don't understand how it can possibly work tho :)

Contacted the customer service because i wanted to upgrade to the 2.0 and my ordre was still Boeing princesses. Coney understood and made the change for me without blinking, just paying the difference. Thats great customer service!

I had an issue with the product and contacted customer service. The response was speedy and the service was outstanding. I'm very pleased with the support received.

The Very Good People that help me with all my questions and other concerns I may have had and I might just say that Coney was the Special Person that was so nice to me! The Cleriva Support Manager
