Real first day review, I was skeptical when I originally ordered the device. Having read some articles online in reference to red light therapy, I questioned whether or not this little device had the actually power needed to be affective. Within the first several minutes of the first 10 minute treatment I could feel the congestion in my sinuses moving. I could literally feel in running down the back of my throat, I know that's probably too much for some, but for those of us who suffer with sinus congestion you get me. Almost immediately after the first treatment was complete I was able to clear mucus from my nose that I had previously not been able to with either nose sprays, decongestants, or a neti pot. I did two treatments day one, one in the earlier afternoon and the second while laying in bed. The device doe all the work so you don't have to even think. I do notice my sinuses feel a little drier than normal. We here in the Northeast are in the midst of mid-late fall with indoor heat becoming a round the clock routine. I did still wake up this morning, feeling congested after a nights sleep. But with only 2-3 sprays of my Bio-flim nasal spray I felt massively better this morning after waking. Which is a huge improvement from using 2-3 different types of spray daily. I accidentally ordered the original NovaFlow device, not the 2.0 like I had intended to. I reached out their customer service department just to ensure the mistake was actually on my end. They responded in less than one business day confirming I had ordered the original NovaFlow device, and even offered a small discount on the new 2.0 device I had already ordered.

Although the Clariva device wasn’t the right fit for me due to my sensitive sinuses resulting from severe nasal and sinus allergies, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company’s exceptional customer service! I was having a problem with my new NovaFlow 2.0 device after just a few uses. I reached out to CS and got an immediate response. Coney was kind and professional and the problem was resolved in just a few minuets. Very impressive!
