Don't waste your money
I can't say this product doesn't work at all because you can't do a controlled study on yourself. And of course there's always the placebo effect. Certainly it is not the panacea it's advertised to be. I still need to use most of my other meds. As for the device itself, it's clear that this is a rebranded piece of Chinese junk. The product is shipped directly from China with no usage instructions whatsoever for anything included in the box other than meaningless statements converted from Chinese to English. It comes with a bunch of pieces that you'll simply have to figure out yourself what to do with. No American manufacturer gave any thought to how this was packaged or how you might even think to use all the parts. The power plug is an ancient USB-B which does nothing to reduce weight or power requirements compared to USB-C, it's just an old interface. It's indicative of the Chinese manufacturing era it comes from, and the fact that this device is simply rebranded. If you want to try red light therapy you can buy an identical device (without the branding) on Amazon for $15 instead of paying $50. And if you test the light frequency with a simply meter you'll find that they are all tuned to the "special" red 660nm frequency. You may or may not experience any small benefit, but don't waste your money on something with special branding that advertises all over social media.

NovaFlow is a wellness device, not a medical device or cure, which is why we don’t provide clinical instructions beyond standard usage guidance. We also want to clarify a few points about the product itself. While there are many similar-looking red light devices online, they are not the same NovaFlow devices. We have our own manufacturing team that quality inspects each batch before fulfillment. With lower-cost alternatives, wavelength consistency and build quality can vary significantly from unit to unit. And unlike the cheaper alternatives, we stand behind our products with a 120-day return policy because we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. As for the USB connection, we chose that design intentionally to keep the device lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear during sessions. Moving to USB-C would have required a larger internal battery and heavier hardware, which would make it a lot more uncomfortable.
