Excellent customer service!

False claims and shameless hyperbole to sell a cheap product at unfair prices. £30 is expensive enough and that is with 50% off. I don't know how they could justify charging the full £60 on this questionable product. Their website graphics claimed 87% experience relief in 48 hours. FAQs said 92.7% in 24 hours and the rest in 2-3 days. After I questioned this on a Facebook ad, they deleted my comment with no response. The website FAQs now state 87.3% in 24 hours, the rest in 3-5 days. Therefore,100% experience 'full relief' within 3-5 days?!? I've used it for 10 and have not experience this. I've seen other customers who have had no relief too. How has their research resulted in a 100% success rate within 5 days? The box says one charge lasts up to 45 sessions. My battery dies after 7. I submitted a 1-star review on their website, however it was never displayed. I wonder how many 1-star review are ignored. Update (24/06/2025): They offered me a full refund. However, they have blocked me on Facebook which shows they are continuing to censor reviews and are a disingenuous company.

This product has totally cleared up my sinuses. I can now breath easily and don’t have to worry about taking nose spray with me when I go out. The customer service is great and I would give 10/10 Thanks!!

Battled sinus congestion issues most of my life, so when I saw the Facebook ad I thought, what do I have to lose, with so much to gain if it actually works. I was skeptical and don’t part with my money easily, but I have absolutely no regrets. This thing works, and seems to be working better with each passing day.

The customer service from Coney was exceptional. I’d asked her to change the address on my order and she did so immediately. When it looked like from the tracking information that the address was wrong, I reached out to her immediately. She got back to me within five minutes and assured me that it had been changed, showing me screenshots and making sure that I was comfortable with the order. Exceptional service in an era of unexceptional service.

No hassle and good communication

I bought the Cleriva NovaFlow for my husband to try and help with his post nasal drip. He has been using it 3 times a day for the last four days and we both have noticed a big difference. He is coughing up and expelling less phlegm, using less nasal spray, sleeping better at night and overall breathing has improved.  Would definitely recommend for anyone suffering with post nasal drip or other nasal issues.

Having ordered a Nova Flow unit from this company it was unfortunately delivered with a fault. I contacted the support dept via email. The return email was swift, very helpful and courteous. Having explained the fault and sent them a short video to confirm the fault they instantly decided to send me a new unit. No quibble and no argument. It's really refreshing in this day and age to find a really good customer support team. I'm really impressed with the help I recieved. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.
