Company is amazing to deal with!

Excellent communication with Company when I had some issues. Product is good.

Product arrived quickly and as described. Package was nicely put together. The device functioned as described on their website. Unfortunately for myself it didn't help resolve my issues. I contacted customer service for a refund query. They were quick to reply and issue a refund while providing support as needed. Customer support is solid and people should feel safe in trusting this companies promises.

Coney handed my complaint which had nothing to do with Cleriva, they handled my request very professionally and promptly. Truly one of the best customer service I've had.

What they don’t tell you is the whole list of contradictions so you can’t use the devise such as if you get dizzy spells, nose bleeds, have a deviated septum etc, so it’s useless for me and then tying to get a refund is a waste of time as the email is rejected by their server

What made this experience great for me personally is that I suffer from major breathing issues and back issues. Nothing helped for my back until I tried red light therapy. Now I can actually live a good life with a lot less pain. I can't breathe well at all (Chronic Sinitus, and one nose surgery that ended badly.) So when I saw this product I was down to at least try it. After using it It has not only help the healing process for my scar tissue in my nasal cavity and nasal wall, but It helps me with get mucus out rather easier and as well as sore throat. This device Is really neat and Im grateful for It. I use this on the daily.
