I placed an order and after a couple days I realized the wrong shipping address was put in by my GPay. I emailed the company after I received an email saying my order had been shipped. I sent an email and received a response less than 12 hours later saying they will intercept the order and ship to the correct address. I received a follow up email indicating that it is on the way to my house!! I was so relieved and so impressed at how fast this was done. This companies customer service is top notch!! Thank you for taking care of me and my order!! I wanted to add to my review. I have been using this device for 7 straight days, 3 times a day and I have no change in my sinuses. They are still blocked and mucus is everywhere. I'm going to give it at least another week because I really don't believe these people that are supposedly getting relief after the first use or first day. It just doesn't work that fast. Probably placebo effect. I really want to like this and give it a great review but so far it's a bust, a scam. I hope I'll regret saying that in another week or two.

Excellent customer service to resolve a fault. My Novaflow stopped working after a couple of months. Coney from Cleriva’s customer service team was exemplary in responding quickly and arranging a replacement to be sent. It made such a difference being treated with real courtesy and consideration.

Great customer service! My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Response was quick and once the address was confirmed, a replacement was shipped out quickly!

Cleriva offer a money back guarantee which gave me confidence to purchase a Novoflow device. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me but Coney arranged a very quick refund for the whole amount and was kind and friendly in the email response. I’ve seen loads of reviews with people benefitting from the Novoflow and I would recommend people purchase with confidence knowing that the money back guarantee will be honoured by a company with integrity.

Received a faulty unit that would charge up. I contacted customer support and was welcomed by a genuine, caring individual named Coney, he went all out to rectify the issue in an instant, by dispatching a replacement. I cannot recommend the customer support which I've received highly enough....a real credit to the company. Thanks Coney
