Yes, I am happy to post a review. It look me quite a while to make the decision to go ahead and purchase, and it was a concern to be honest. I looked at all the alternatives on other sites, and finally made the decision to go ahead after checking out loads of reviews. My experience is that my concerns were unfounded which is reassuring in this day and age when often things are not what they appear to be. I received timely updates and it was delivered without any problems whatsoever. Not sure where it was despatch from, I thought maybe America, but there were no additional charges to pay. I have in the past had to pay duty from abroad so again this was another unfounded concern. I have also had further communication with their customer service on an unrelated matter, response was quick and pleasant, and I was really happy with the outcome. This was my experience and hope it may assist anyone else who finds themselves in the same predicament.

I contacted Cleriva with the news that unfortunately my Novaflow had stopped working. I was still regularly using my Novaflow after 6 months to keep my breathing clear through my nose. I was delighted to hear back that Cleriva were going to replace my unit free of charge. Thanks Cleriva.

Excellent customer service! I contacted Cleriva to enquire about my order's progress. I got a reply straight away and constant updates. I would also like to say how friendly and helpful the customer support manager was.

I was very sceptical about this product and thought long and hard before purchasing, but decided to give it a go. I have always had sinus problems, asthma and now COPD and the winters are hard health wise. I have been using this for a month now, during which I caught a cold, and the amazing thing was it was just a cold and I did NOT get a sinus infection. Still clear sinus wise, which also means my breathing is good. Long may it last! I know this is not a miracle product but it has seemed to help me a lot.

Wonderful customer service, very responsive and timely to all questions. The product has helped me tremendously! I have had chronic inflammation in my sinuses and I noticed a reduction in inflammation after use.
