Even though I'm from a different time zone, the replies were quick and detailed, and even stayed with me throughout whenever I needed any other extra help. Super accommodating, i'd rate this a 6 star but the scale only goes up to 5.

Clanwarz have a great range of different servers and a great range of locations where they can get hosted from. I myself live in Denmark and got a server from the country, which is pretty impressive since the datacenters over here is expensive. My server has a good ping, and I can do whatever I want with it. I can use their own Control Panel to control the server, and they have FTP access to configure the files easily. Clanwarz has a FastDL system, which you can sync up with your files by a click of a button. I had some trouble with some CS:GO plugins files, where my files wouldn't download to the user properly, so I wrote to the support and they answered within 24 hours (often within 1 hour). And they made sure it worked. (I've had some hosts that didn't care about such problems and would just say it was my problem. - But Clanwarz helped me in a perfect way, and that's what you call customer service) Lets sum it up: + Great Ping/Locations + Much Control + Great Support If you are trying to find a host for your game- and/or voiceserver, then I would recommend Clanwarz. - Marc

Clanwarz is run by down to earth admins that treat their customers like people. I had a problem with clanwarz's auto change system and lost money to their PayPal. So I send in a ticket and got a reply in a within the hour, we had a talk about the payment and workout that PayPal somehow set up two subscriptions and got charged twice, so we worked it out and I got set up with some credit to my name. The guy running this company knows what he is doing and how to be fair. At the end of the day, I will recommend this company over any other, Give them a shot and see for yourself.

After having a TS3 server with another provider for over two years, our Elder Scrolls Online Guild had gotten tired of the endless disconnects and robot sounding voices. When contacting support we were told the servers they have are not DDOS protected and that those servers were being attacked, causing many TS3 servers to go down multiple times. It makes it hard to run PVP Raid Groups when you can't hear the other members because of robot voices or we all get disconnected constantly. After searching for a new provider we decided to go with Clanwarz and so far they have been great. Easy setup and the Control Panel makes it easy to set Server and Channel Groups up as well as assign permissions. When I have had problems, none to do with the TS3 server, their support team has always responded quickly and been able to resolve our issues. Just to be clear, the issues mainly have been with forgotten Control Panel password or setting up the SinusBot (MusicBot). I have already referred Clanwarz to other GM's of guilds I am in on ESO and if things continue to go smoothly I am sure we will be with Clanwarz for a very long time.
