When I used this company their service was great. I closed my services with them in February, however, and they continued to charge me for the following months. They also added additional charges of up to +70$ on a re-occuring monthly payment. I, unfortunately, did not catch this on time and requested for assistance via trouble ticket. After submitting the ticket, my account was closed and I never received a response. I am disputing with Paypal as we speak. In total, I've lost over 300$. Be careful.

I have had a few issues with the server such as a hacker trying yo steal my account and setting up sinus music bot, but as soon as I called in their help they immediately were on top of it, they deliver top quality servers for an affordable price and on top of that the service they deliver is ultimately great! I have never had such a good experience hosting a server any where other than ClanWarz! If you're looking for an affordable great quality server and service I recommend you to host it at ClanWarz.

Their support team has been prompt and helpful when running into issues. I feel like more of a friend of the company, rather than just a numbered customer. Server speeds are amazing, one of the only hosts I could find for game servers in Canada. Everyone has commented on the speed. Site is trustworthy, employees are wonderful. 10/10. In my opinion.
