Excellent customer support
Just signed up for a minecraft server with them, and the tech guys were extremely helpful. I had to set up a custom modpack, and was fumbling for a few hours until I gave up. But they sorted it all out, and sent me helpful videos on exactly what they did, in case I need to troubleshoot in the future. I'm not sure if this is the industry standard now, but that's the first time I've seen this done. The response was also very prompt. The website interface is rather confusing -- there are at least two ways to do any one thing, or so it seems -- but I guess that's good if you know what you're doing, which I certainly didn't. Minus one star for asking me to post a positive review on this website in exchange for 2Gb for one month. I would have posted it anyway. With their excellent support, they didn't need to go for these underhanded tactics.
