Rentals after rentals of different company, i finaly decided to stay with clanwarz because of fast response and support even though im in a different timezone, Singapore. Server uptime was great, 0 downtimes since my stay here 4 months plus. Although i could get a cheaper rent for more players slots, i found out the uptime and crashing was frequent in other company, well what u pay is what u get :) a few bucks more for a peace of mind.

I heard about Clanwarz about 3 years ago through the iAMgaming.com community. Back then, there was high demand for Unreal Tournament 3 servers, and members told me Clanwarz was the best and most reliable service. They were right. I decided to rent a server in London (sufficient ping 90 / 110 for serving as a central host for US and EU players like myself (Holland). The server was up in no time, and the admin invested alot of time to help me with the rather difficult-to-understand command lines to set up game modes. When the Unreal community on console faded away after a couple of years, and Epic declared the PS3 servers shutdown, most of us console players decided to move to PC. In my quest to improve my own skills and those of my team on PC UT3, I yet again returned to Clanwarz only to find a great price 10 Slots server on PC. I ordered it last month and got it max. 1 hour later set up by the admin. Since Gamespy shutdown, there were some difficulties on getting things going. I put in a support ticket at the Admin to help me and yet again: answer was received kind and quickly. The Admin helped me transition the gamespy bypass to the Master server by a new Linux package, set up the proper command lines and tweaked the Web Admin for easy use! Very pleased with the service! Keep up the great work Clanwarz. One of the tips to improve is to make a more General FAQ on how to handle problems. I wanted to speak to an admin through the chat service. but I ended up with Sales instead. Nothing big, but I didnt know that service ended. Some better guiding arrows for getting specific services would even make Clanwarz the even better server hosts that they already are! From what I've seen so far, great hosts. Panel is easy to use, and if you get stuck they always have a step by step guide on what to do.

I've had a lot of game services over the past few years from different companies and they were all okay, they go the job done. No Complaints there with the exception of their system breaking a few times. Once I got my first minecraft server with Clanwarz it was over. It's so much easier to manage, the control panel is more intuitive and looks like they actually put time into it, instead of using it right out the box. They also give you a lot more control over your server so you can install pretty much what you want on it under the idea that you are your own IT for installed mods and plugins and stuff. It's also really easy to get questions answered between their knowledgebase and support system. I google most of my stuff but on the odd chance I need support its pretty easy to submit a ticket and get a reply. I went ahead and got a web hosting plan with them as well and cpanel is awesome as usual, but they have this system where I can access all the stuff I'd need without even needing to go into cpanel. All I have to do is log into my account and its all there! Databases..etc. If I want to go to cpanel its one click away. It's pretty sweet. I'd recommend to anyone looking.

I was having a problem and explained is in a live chat to a guy who was not able to help me at all. Then I submitted a support ticket and I get a mail back from the owner that I was getting refunded because I was "lying" and he went on a rampage for some reason even though all I did was asking for help. I'm not sure what went wrong but it's really the worst service ever. I was really surprised to get such a feedback on a support ticket and I thought that I would make this review right away so that you don't make the same mistake by ordering your service at these guys. I hope that I'm just an unlucky guy and that is was a one-time thing but it's unacceptable and really, really wrong.
