Purchased a London based Ts3 Server, best prices along with a quick way to manage the server + automated bot. Shortly after purchase the server became unstable, raised a total of 3 support tickets over 2 weeks, all stated the issue was with their hardware, or that they were "working on a solution" (Without telling me what the problem was) Then the issue reoccurred. Asked them to solve the stability problem before I requested a refund (2 weeks of the above going in circles) to which they replied with "refunded" and INSTANTLY deleted the server, login details, and any record of our service - Didn't give us a chance to make a backup to move to a new host. [Update] Spoke to their live chat (As no sign of refund after 3 business days) & while answering my question was informed I am banned from ever using their services again.

I am having a Clanwarz server for TS3 for the past 3-4 month already and I love it It Works perfect and the Customer support is amazing. I have not enough words to congratulate the service I am receiving. Thank you guys from Clanwarz.

Not gonna lie, sometime i got some support admin to whom i did not had a pleasant talk, but also i have found the opposite which actually where very kind and After some misunderstanding, as soon as my problem was understood they insta solved it, even had an admin joining my TS3 server to help me. Also the servers up time is very good, have almost no crashes or connection errors. I'm a very happy customer for many years now. So in balance i must say i can highly recommend Clanwarz.

I made a ticket because my Music bot didn't work, after a short amount of time Mike appeared on my teamspeak to help me out, it's the first time i've ever had a supporter jump into my TS and help me out personally. I really appriciated that, it feels alot more professional that way!

servers crash a lot asked them why this was the case. got given the run around. told them when my credit was up i was gonna go elsewhere. they terminated my account then and there. no questions, no interaction. with no account i can't respond to the ticket i had open and i'm locked out of the live chat. and left me hanging. don't use this service. TL;DR unprofessional, poor server equipment??, outright disrespectful.
