I have over the years been with a lot of different TeamSpeak hosts all of them failing miserably at their customer service some taking nearly a week to respond, then I found Clanwarz. I have been with Clanwarz for a while now and all I can say is that the service is outstanding they have a professional approach to hosting with the best reliability and amazing customer service, it is by far the best gaming service provider for my TeamSpeak and clan website I have ever used and if there is a fault no matter how small as soon as you put in a support ticket they answer within a few minutes and fix any problems super quick, in some instances we have even had Teamspeak visits from Clanwarz Admins who have come on to help us out directly. I have since moved my clan website and registered new domains with them bringing all of my clan together with one web address for the website and TeamSpeak, I could not be any happier with the service they provide, five stars is not enough.

Clanwarz is a great, affordable hosting service. At first their service seemed bad to me, but upon opening a second ticket, they guided me 1 on 1 to help me solve my issue. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have been with Clanwarz for 6 months now and in the 5 years I used Teamspeak 3 there have not been any host with the type of service Clanwarz offers. Down time is almost 0 and the support is blazing fast. They even hop on the Teamspeak to help out.

Been with Clanwarz for some time now with my TS3 server and the downtime is extremely low, I've been more than happy with the choice I've made for Clanwarz to be my hosting partner. Recently rented a Minecraft server and was contacted by Clanwarz (The admin was very knowledgeable and friendly) within 10-ish minutes about they'd like to upgrade my server to even more memory for a free trail as I've been with them for quite a while now. He even fixed an issue I've been having with uploading icons to my TS3 server! 10/10 would rent again (: /Mark

to me it is not mistakes you make but how you fix them and the attitude you do it with.The nice gentlemen that helped me with my one and only issue showed he and his company stand behind their customers, very respectful and nice and expedited it. Kudos! well done!

I'm glad this went the way it did,i've experienced some problems and they've done a lot to help me out. Fast and friendly support,not to mention the service is pretty much flawless,there was a mistake on my end however they took care of it! If you're searching for a TeamSpeak provider,they're the one!

After looking around for a good place to rent a teamspeak server I found Clanwarz. I went ahead with the order and after it completed I was marked with fraud. Confused I decided to contact the live help chat. They then proceeded to guide me through the process and everything worked out. 5/5 customer service!

When there was an issue setting up my server I contacted the support team and was immediately invited into their teamspeak to talk to the support representative. The following conversation was great, it felt like I was just talking to one of my friends and was able to talk to them without any issues. Not only did they show and walk me through every part of the repair (which is pretty damn cool) but they compensated me without me requesting it for the inconvenience. 8/8 would hit bong with support staff
