A little misleading
I purchase a 5 user TS3 server and paid for the addon for a music bot. After the music bot was marked pending for hours I made a support ticket, just to find out they can't give it to me because "it's not profitable" on there end. But they were offering the service? A staff member then proceeds to join my personal TS3 server and force me a refund without notice. A little confused on why they were offering a package they couldn't provide in the end. Disappointed.

Ken, Unfortunately, we can't create all the software needed to run this business, so we rely on other programmers' software. You never paid for a music bot. Do you know of any business that gives aways services for free and makes a profit? We did give you a free admin bot that adds 15 additional functions to your Teamspeak service that holds a value of $3.00 per month and you're disappointed? Seriously? Remember, you must purchase a 25 man Teamspeak Server For the Free First Month! You ordered a five-person Teamspeak Server, not a 25 Man Teamspeak Server. You never paid for a Music Bot. The admin who explained this offered you a refund so that you could purchase a 5 Man Teamspeak service with a Musicbot for $2.00 from another provider, and you said yes. We gave you a refund because you said yes. We all here go out of our way to help gamers, and we do it because we love what we do. I'll be running some free offers soon, as soon as we release our new client area. Regards
