Both bikes were sent fast and partially built. Good experience all around.

Glad to hear your order arrived so quickly! Although partially built, it is still encouraged to take to a local bike shop for assembly and or safety inspections. Enjoy the new rides and thanks for choosing City Grounds!

Love the bike! I had issues with the shipping company however and wish they would use a different one
Response from City GroundsOct 23, 2025
Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your bad experience with the shipping carrier. If you would like to forward any additional details to our support team to review, we will share your feedback further with the carrier to help improve the overall experience.

City Grounds crew, Just gotta say, the Haro Parkway Pro 24" BMX I snagged for my kid is straight-up fire! My son’s absolutely shredding it, and the quality screams Haro—built tough and ready to rip. Your order and delivery game was on point, too. Those status updates kept me in the loop every step of the way—super smooth. I’m already eyeing that Crew Bike Co CB29 BMX for myself so I can join my boy out there tearing it up. Keep killing it, City Grounds!
