The bike was well packed and arrived with no damage. It came in the time frame in which it was promised. Bought the mafia bike as a gift and it's beautiful.

Excellent Customer Service. It was nice to talk to a real person on the phone when I needed assistance with my order. In addition, they were very responsive when communicating via email. This is great service especially when you are making such large purchases. Lastly, the shipping was extremely fast. Living in CA, I received the order within 24 hours once it was picked up from the carrier. I would recommend City Grounds to anyone.

The bike arrived with a defective part and the company responded to me immediately. We received a new part within the week. The bike is terrific, as was the customer service.

Had a great time putting together my first 29'' and look forward to it's first test run once the weather cools down.

Bought a bike to spend more time with my son. Haven’t been on a bike in years. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase and the customer service that came with it. I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Unfortunately, not all manufacturers include assembly instructions, as it is recommended to take it to a local bike shop for professional assembly.
