I’ve been using it for weeks and I do believe it’s an actual good face cream. In my case I need moisturizer before applying it, but you will see results.

I bought 2 tubes of City Lips, paid using Paypal and was then redirected back to the site where I was offered 3 for the price of 2 tubes. I accepted the offer then realised I'd created 2 orders and paid for 5 tubes. I immediately contacted City Beauty via the webchat and email and was told it wouldn't be possible to cancel one of the orders. It was a very expensive mistake. Update: City Beauty reached out with an apology and offered a coupon to cover the cost of the extra tubes of City Lips. They also said that they're in the process of redesigning the website and ordering pages so hopefully what happened to me won't happen again. I appreciate the efforts they've made to resolve the situation.

These products are really impressive and my experience from overseas is the customer service is pretty excellent. I wouldn’t buy if the product didn’t work. And I’m on repeat buys and new buys on several of their lines.

In mid October I ordered the uplifting serum, I later read a review on this site, about another product containing formaldehyde, and was concerned enough to email Victoria Renee and ask about this in relation to the range in general. There was no response. I managed to get a prompt refund only after making it known to City Beauty that I had contacted the financial ombudsman. I emailed on 28 November asking what purification measures they have to control levels of 1,4 dioxane in their products; this is a by product that is known to be potentially carcinogenic and has been associated with breast cancer. Many cosmetic and skin care companies have to take steps to keep levels within legally permitted limits. My email was courteous and non confrontational, I also explained that I am a breast cancer survivor and so, I am wary of levels of this contaminant. The reply received the following day was a 'blanket' reply that is sent out to people who have requested to close their account. It was totally irrelevant, I never started an account and had made no mention of one. My question had been totally disregarded and now I believe they would prefer to behave as if I don't exist. It says a lot about them.

About a year ago, I purchased City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream and InvisiCrepe Body Balm X 2. I am accepting the fact that I am not going to get rid of all of my wrinkles (77), but I love both of these creams. They have a light fragrance that disappears after applied and the creams make your skin feel so good. I would encourage anyone who has not tried it to order some for yourself. I am going to continue to try to make myself look good and feel good.

I bought City Beauty cream to lift the lower part of my face and jowls that were beginning to form. I read reviews and noted that it supposedly make makeup go on more smoothly. I did see a difference in my jawline almost immediately and am encouraged to keep using it. I use the little spoon to measure the application and it seems to be adequate. However I still have more than half the jar and a new one is on the way so I asked to cut back to 2 months. There were two cons that I will mention. 1. Unless I use my primer my makeup does not go on smoothly, which is okay, I will continue to use my primer. 2. Without my primer I noticed fine wrinkles on my cheeks that I never noticed before. The primer takes care of that too. I tried to change my automatic payments on Paypal to every other month but I could only delete them.

Seems ok so far. Need to use for bit longer.

I purchased skin dark spot corrector. Returned after one week as you have 45 days to return. This is from the day of order placed. Still no refund 20 days later, they won’t answer emails. Had to go through CC to raise dispute and refund. Pls beware .. Sales Order #CB5123270 Funny how you saw this review but cannot answer my emails.. ver poor.. UPDATE. I have received an email saying my refund will be in my account between 5/10 days however, they have deducted £10 off for postage. I paid £4.20 to send the cream back. As it states when buying: This coming from a company that promises no hassles, no questions asked, no problems and 100% refund guarantee. Total rip off.. Barclays are now dealing with it.
