Disappointed I was drawn in by the YouTube advert for the lip plumper and I paid £43.71 including delivery. I’ve been using this product for a week without any noticeable effect. I purchased 2faced lip plumper for £13.00 and the 2 glosses work exactly the same way but without leaving a hole in my purse. I’m annoyed at myself for getting sucked in by the marketing of the product. I can’t return it the postage will be expensive and I’ve used it. Holy Moly! Don’t believe the hype! I’ve used the product daily since writing this review and can honestly say tgst I’ve not noticed any difference in my lips at all. Really disappointed I wasn’t expecting to have bee stung lips; however for the price I was expecting something more than an overpriced lip gloss.

Ordered my products one month ago (July 12/23). Got an e-mail confirmation of purchase (they billed my CC). Still .....NO tracking info whatsoever. Called customer service to get an update (or at the very least a tracking number). Turns out.....here we are ONE MONTH later - and my order has not even been shipped yet - it's still in their warehouse! WTH - asked customer service to just cancel it .... cause at this point there's no way I'll receive it before my vacation. Was going to place another order for their current promo, but I'm hesitant to do so.

Lip plumper and gross does not do as advertised. Its a nice lip gloss but not a plumper. Used this 3-4 a day and last thing at night. There is no difference what so ever. Do not buy this product waste of money.

I purchased this as I have very thin top lip and hopefully would plump them up… Not done a thing . Complete wast of money unless you already have good lips to start with

Bought the city lips and it’s truly amazing. Been using it for a week now and what a difference!! So happy. Only bought 1 to see if it was any good but it’s very very good. Delivers on its promise and gorgeous soft lips as a bonus. Highly recommended

I placed an order for a lip cosmetic on 25/06/2023. It was advertised in just dollars. Did not say USD. Then they billed me $85.05 AUD and $76.47 AUD. So the misleading prices appear considerably less in AUD then the bill Is nearly double. But the second amount I had no idea about. I only placed one order so my initial AUD $35 turned into $161.52. They had added an extra order without my knowledge. I complained about that and they refunded $35 AUD. But they have never sent my order. Kept my money and despite me writing six emails asking where my order is, nothing. Except a link to a tracking label that simply says it doesn’t exist. I am going to contact my bank to recover the rest of my money. They didn’t even refund the fraudulent amount they took in full. Just a bit. This is not right. They are stealing for one thing. Not disclosing it is USD for another and generally not sending goods that have been paid for. Disgusting.

I looked at this on Facebook but concluded it was a con so didn’t buy. I am shocked to almost immediately get an email saying my “product is on its way”. What an unprofessional way to operate a business. UPDATE 18.7.23. I am now being pestered by this company to prove this and by Trustpilot although I have already provided evidence. For the avoidance of doubt, here is the email I received on 29.6.23 having made NO ORDER. Only my surname has been covered.
