Customer service is trash. They’ll also deny claims for stuff they are 100% supposed to cover I guess just because they feel like it. When you call and say you’re gonna die they say “sorry that sounds hard”. Hope I don’t die before I can get better insurance because this one is bullshit

Reply from Cigna says they care about my experience that’s a lie just marketing that they write that obviously they don’t because my therapist wrote a professional letter to the CEO and the CEO himself did not get involved at all so obviously they don’t care about me. I will not be writing them back anymore. This is all fake marketing. Don’t get Cigna CIGNA DENIED ME TO CONTINUE USING THE BEST THERAPIST IN THE WHOLE WORLD. HER NAME IS JENNIFER GOLLINGER. WITHOUT HER I WOULD FAIL.AND BE SEVERELY EFFECTED. SHE WROTE THE CEO EVEN AND THEY DIDNT CARE. THEY SAID NO THAT I HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DR. AND JENNIFER WAS DAYS AWAY FROM BEING IN NETWORK HER CONTRACT WAS IN CREDENTIALING. I AM CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP ANYWAY. DO NOT GET CIGNA THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELLBEING. THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER HER $20 FOR A SESSION. THANKFULLY JENNIFER IS THE BEST THERAPIST OF MENTAL HEALTH RESCUE LLC THAT SHE OFFERED TO SEE ME FOR FREE! I PAY $5.00 TO USE HER ONCE A WEEK. THAT IS A PASSIONATE PERSON WHO TRUELY CARES FOR PEOPLE. NO WONDER CIGNA HAS ONE STAR.

Absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. Cigna has been so incredibly incompetent our worldwide company after 3 months decided to switch to anything but Cigna come this years open enrollment

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the service I received was truly exceptional. I called Cigna yesterday with an issue regarding my coverage, and the representative, Sierra Robinson, I spoke with went far above and beyond what I expected. Not only did she personally contact my doctor's office to investigate the details of the coverage, but she also requested that a note be added to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future. That level of initiative and attention to detail is incredibly rare. On top of that, she asked whether I wanted to schedule a new appointment and then seamlessly connected me with the appropriate person to get it arranged right away. Throughout the entire process, she was professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping me resolve my issue. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and positive one because of her dedication. Customer service simply doesn't get any better than this! Please recognize her for the outstanding support she provided—she is a tremendous asset to your organization.

I have been an out of network healthcare provider accepting Cigna plans with out of network coverage. Cigna wrongfully changed my network participation status in 2023 and has been denying paying for claims since. I have called both Cigna and ASH more than 100 times and spent well over 50 hours during the last 2 1/2 years, but they are doing the SAME thing every time not correcting their problem. I am now very close to just sue them. Healthcare system in this country is just messed up by companies like Cigna. I hope justice is served in the near future.

Absolutely hate this company! Their customer service is horrendous, and getting them to pay a claim is a battle every single time. I have a claim I submitted in 2024 that's still outstanding, and every time I call, they lost some document that I have to resubmit and then they have to review it in the next 30 days, and they just keep dragging. It is hell dealing with them! Highly DO NOT recommend!

If I could give zero stars or negative stars,I would. Awful provider. Terrible customer service. I will bail as soon as possible.

Have to file claims vis MAIL, hello 21st century? But that's actually very smart, this way they can pretend they never received the claim. This company is a scam.
