My experience with Ciao was excellent. One little issue and it was taken care of immediately. I worwked with Dionna Jacquot and she was very helpful answering all questions and ery accessible. She made the experience easy. Ciao certainly knows Italy. My clients were extremely pleased with the hotels and services. The one issue we had was immediatley taken care of. Excellent service.

Ciao Italy & Carrani Tours are great people to work with. I wanted an apartment for my whole family to stay in somewhere close to everything going on and tours no problem, they handeled it like a charm.

My travel Agent worked with Ciao Italy and Carrani tours in planning our Honeymoon trip. Everything was absolutely perfect from the hotel accommodations to the transfers! We felt like we did not have to worry at all throughout our trip because every detail was perfectly planned for. The drivers for the transfers were professional and always on time; and the hotel accommodations were amazing from quality of the hotel rooms, to staff, to location.
