I arranged private customized Sicily tours both last year and this year for clients of our agency. In both cases, although the tours were different and had separate focuses, the clients were totally thrilled with their trips. I am very satisfied with the company and recommend them highly.

We booked our trip to Italy with Guido of Ciao Italy. Guido was careful to attend to every detail. He made sure that all went as planned from picking two beautiful hotels -Hotel Monte Cenci in Rome and Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento in Sorrento to multiple private car pick ups, the custom tour of Rome and day trip to Florence, cooking school, lemon cello tasting, and private boat tour of the Amalfi coast and Capr/Anacapri. As this was a trip of a lifetime, there are no words that can describe how pleased we are with Ciao Italy and Guido. I look forward to working with Guido again and returning to Italy for another beautiful vacation! Carmine Feola
