I love Ciao! They make trip planning easy and my clients have always come back happy. Josephine Sferrazza is awesome!!

Everything went smoothly for my clients on their tour of Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. With a group of 9 from adults to kids age 6 that felt it was the perfect excursion for their group. They enjoyed the sights and history

A hugh thank you to Guido and Ciao Italy. We vacationed for two weeks throughout Italy and everything was planned perfectly, making our trip run very smoothly. From the private drivers, tour guides, train and tour tickets to our hotel stays. Favorite place, Castello Del Nero, in the hills of Tuscay. Beautiful, extremely accommodating, great food!

The tours we booked were all wonderful - the companies running the tours were very clear about meeting times/points, and the tour guides themselves were fantastic. Ciao Italy & Carrani Tours was very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

Can’t thank Guido and Ciao Italy enough! They planned a perfect honeymoon for my husband and I from start to finish. He carefully listened to our suggestions and provided his knowledge to guide us in the right direction. Guido was personable and extremely quick to respond to any and all questions. He even checked on us while we were away via WhatsApp! Great customer service. Traveling to Europe can be overwhelming but they carefully provided every accommodation we needed - from hotel transfers, to tours and train tickets. We would certainly recommend traveling with Ciao Italy!

Excellent rates and itineraries

The best part of my clients Italy cruise/tour was the Rome portion. They had a private transfer And a private tour of Rome. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Ciao Italy.

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon, we traveled throughout Italy for 2 weeks visiting many different cities and towns all over the country. Guido from Ciao Italy was truly amazing. He organized the best tours with the most convenient transportation. Traveling in a different country can be very difficult but guido and ciao Italy tours made it extremely effortless and such a pleasant experience. He outlined a thorough itinerary for each and every day. Each night we would look at our itinerary to see what adventure we had to look forward to for the following day. We would wake up and there would be a driver at the hotel waiting for us in the lobby to escort us to wherever we were going. He was also very easily accessible by phone so anytime we needed anything he was always available for us. I highly recommend Guido and Ciao Italy to anyone who is looking to travel, he made our honeymoon very special and I couldn’t be more appreciative. It was a trip we will definitely never forget. Thank you!!!!
