Hi Larissa, thank you for your important feedback. Sorry about the disappointment with the Vatican tour, as you noted there was an unusual situation as 2 clients went their way and the guide is responsible to make sure the group stays together and nobody gets lost! Your suggestion is certainly appreciated and we will be more careful in such a situation. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with the Cinque Terre tour!

Hello Ken it is obviously very disappointing to read this review. We are glad that your trip generally went well. You had a group of 10 people and stayed in Rome and Sorrento with tours and transfers in between. We are aware of one disservice which was the arrival transfer from the train station to the hotel in Rome and in fact the local driver did not provide the service we booked. We have been working with the same drivers in Rome for about 10 years always with exceptional results and impeccable service, this was one very rare event that something went wrong and we promptly refunded the service with our sincere apologies. We do not have any information about a second issue, kindly send us an email or call with details so we can address it. Finally I would like to correct your statement as WE DO CONFIRM with our local suppliers all services very carefully and we only work with expert and reliable local drivers and tour guides. We care very much about our reputation and we work diligently to make sure that clients are satisfied and come back home with wonderful memories. Again our apologies for that transfer that did not go well, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of the many services and activities we organized for your group. Thank you Guido D'Ugo

Hi Mike thank you for the feedback. It would be helpful to have more information and feedback about the hotel and why it was not satisfactory. Kindly email us with more details, it would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Blair thank you for your report and sharing your experience. We checked the correspondence and found that on 9/21/18 Friday we received the email from you, claiming the clients did not find our assistant for the transfer and on 9/25/18 Tuesday, we processed the refund. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the situation, our local assistant said he was there and the client said he was not. We offer transfers services to thousands of passengers and we must rely on our local representatives. In any event, we gladly offered a refund to the client, it only took one business day to process it. Also regarding the comment "I get it's Italy", I am not sure I fully understand what you mean, we as Italians and operating in the hospitality business, our very proud to aim to excellence and work very hard to meet international customer service standards, we certainly do not intend settling to a lower standard of service because we are in Italy, it is actually the opposite. Thank you so much for working with us and we look forward to work with you in the future. Guido D'Ugo

Hi Kimberly thank you for the feedback! We are very happy that your clients had a good experience with us while in Italy. We checked our records, the clients returned September 13 and the commission check was mailed on September 17. As per our policy we pay within 30 days from client return, however as an average commissions are paid within 10-15 days. Hopefully we can gain the 5 star review next time! Thank you so much for working with us.
