I have used Ciao Italy & Carrani Tours for several years and they don't disappoint my clients. I've been told how wonderful their guides and drivers are and the reservation staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great company to work with

always a great experience always helpful Josephine is the best!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our 3 day stay in Rome with 1 day trip to Florence via high speed train. The private transfers were exceptional!! as were the guides in each location. Very professional. Everything went smoothly without a catch and we enjoyed the Hotel Empire Palace in Rome. Lovely quiet neighborhood with 3 nice restaurants few steps from the hotel. Isida at home office took care of everything and we highly recommend Ciao Italy and Carrani Tours!!

Guide was great. Most hotels were good, exception being Brescia. All in all, a most enjoyable experience.

My Clients were so happy with Carrani tours in rome, and the Vatican tour they had. They said the escort was amazing and her knowledge of the Vatican was so interesting. We will continue to use Ciao for our clients tours.
