The aids are small and versatile
The aids are small - huge plus for those of us with small ear canals! - and MANY choices for volume and modes...another big plus. Very good customer service, as well.

Chosgo Hearing was great to work...
Chosgo Hearing was great to work with. They always answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time. Both the audiologists and the sales staff were very knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful!!!

Buyers beware that this product if what…
Buyers beware that this product isnt what you want. Because if it isnt, you must return it to China, which is very costly. The staff is not very friendly when you request a return. Best advice is, if it isn't right, make sure you put a dispute on your credit card. That way you will only be out the very costly amount of postage for return. But if you do that, they might call you Stupid.

Chosgo hearing aides
Chosgo made getting a hearing aid a breeze. They responded to my emails promptly. The hearing aides are almost invisible and was very user friendly.

Excellent Company & Customer Service
I received my rechargable hearing aids a week ago and have been trying them out. They are great and I am so happy with them. They are just as good as my old $6000 pair. They are very comfortable and easy to adjust. The customer service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone that wishes to buy hearing aids. I will certainly come back next time when I am ready to get new ones again. Thank you Chosgo for all you did to help me!

HONEST AFTER SALES SERVICE
Although I was happy to receive these hearing aids, the charging case was defective. However, after I communicated with Chosgo support, they reacted swiftly and professionally to send aa replacement. At this stage, the replacement item is still a week or so away.
