The RetoneFit keeps crashing on my iPhone the only fix is to uninstall and reinstall it then works for that session only and then crashes again

Asked if they were hearing aids or amplifiers told they were hearing aids. I believe they are just expensive amplifiers

I bought the Chosgo SmartU hearing aids. There are many settings to customize your hearing aids. Even a hearing test to customize them to your hearing condition. All this sounds great. If only they worked the way you wanted. When the hearing aids are customized to the way I want they change back to the way they were before in minutes sometimes seconds. I’m constantly pulling out my cellphone to go on the app and change the settings again. I stopped wearing my Chosgo hearing aids and returned to wearing my over the ear hearing aids that I got from my audiologist.

I received a broken pair of headphones (possibly a returned set). I also received a GREAT set of K-19 which I am using and happy with. I would not have discovered these had the others had not been damaged. Some unhappyness in the beginning but happy now.

Did not listen to my concerns and my needs! I feel they just wanted to sell their products and didn’t want them returned! They are just enhancing the sound! I cannot use them! I waisted my money!!!

These hearing aides seems to disconnect a lot! Very frustrating! I out in an estimated date, however it’s been a regular occurrence.

The 1st pair received do not work well. The left ear doesn't seem get sound at all. It is like have a ear plug. The right ear seems working ok, except there are continue get some "dig" sound. I suspected some internal part are loss. But when I a replacement set. The right ear get less "dig" sound. I also notice sometime, the "dig" actually switch mode to louder sound, then "dig" and drop back. Even though only my right ear get worse hearing impairment, when I wear my old Siemens hear aid, I have to wear both together. Apparently, my old Siemens pair is a digital one. I cannot just wear just one side, because the time delay make it worse. Apparently, the Chosgo one is a linear or analog one. I can wear the right side, which i have the most hearing impairment the most. Still trying to get help to make the left side work.
