A Special Thank You to the CHOSGO Hearing Customer Service Team I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the CHOSGO Hearing customer service department for the outstanding assistance I received with my SmartU Bluetooth Hearing Aids for Seniors. I experienced several difficulties setting up and adjusting my hearing aids, particularly with the RetoneFit app. I initially thought I might have to return the product because I could not get everything working properly. However, the customer service team took the time to guide me through each problem, explaining everything in detail and patiently helping me understand what I needed to do. I must admit that many of the difficulties were due to my own inability to locate certain settings or figure things out on my own. Nevertheless, the representatives never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. They remained courteous, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. Thanks to their dedication and excellent support, I was able to resolve the problems without having to return my hearing aids. Customer service like this deserves recognition. It is refreshing to deal with a company whose representatives genuinely care about helping their customers rather than simply processing a return. They where very prompt about answering my questions. When I realize I didn't have the self fitting with my hearing aidsthat I had paid for. They where very quick to fix the problem.
