The hearing aids are hard to adjust the settings for different circumstances und then remember the settings, I should have ordered the phone adjustable ones. The right side hearing aid has constant shhhe noise, which is irradiating after a whil. I can not wear them for more than an hour or two. Thanks

The chosgo hearing aid is pretty sleek, and the sound quality is top-notch. As soon as I got my hands on it, I passed it straight to my dad. Previously, we had to crank up the TV volume, which always led to complaints from my mom. I had hearing aids for more than 30 years and ordered a set of the BTE V03B Mobile APP Control Bluetooth Hearing Aids at CHOSGO. Normally I would pay around 4,000 USD for a set of hearing aids and the get around USD 1,600 refunded from my health-insurance, so my personal normal price would be around 2,400 USD. The price of the CHOSGO hearing aids is only 350 USD and as such very competitive. I experienced an excellent service when I ordered my new hearing aids and they sent out immediately after my order and responded very quickly on my requests. Our mailman made a mistake, but CHOSGO took care of it and solved the problem immediately. Excellent service from CHOSGO and big recommendations.

I was a little disappointed because I was under the impression these hearings aids were rechargeable. Then I discovered they were not. I searched the little booklets for information on battery size and it was not disclosed. I then went on the website and couldn’t find it there either. I had to go to the store and compare the size of the batteries that came with the hearing aids and hope I choose the correct package prior to spending $15. My second issue is that when viewing the mode via the app that I was instructed downloaded to my phone it doesn’t display what mode I’m in or changing to. I have to listen for beeps then go to the little booklet that came with the hearing aids to tell me what they mean. I can’t memorize them so apparently I have to carry this little booklet at all times. Also they were advertised as Bluetooth but apparently the only thing the Bluetooth does is change the settings. My husband has Bluetooth with his hearing aids and is able to listen to phone calls and Videos from his phone through his hearing aids.
