The hearing aids were excellent & could not have expected anything more from customer service ,they were more than willing to answer any questions. My husband works in an industrial environment ,& unfortunately was unable to wear them through out the day because of high noise levels.For normal hearing problems this device far exceeds many he has tried.I would absolutely recommend these to anyone.

I was so excited to received my hearing aids and they were really a perfect small size for me, but , unfortunately they were too long for my ear canal. They offered me a different type of hearing aids, and the best part, they will send me the new ones for free! Now that’s what I call a good deal!

These hearing aids didn't work for me. The software never worked right. And it took several months to return them to China and for me to get my refund. It was very difficult working with this company.

I received the aids promptly and the quality was very nice. Put them in my ears and wow, I could hear everything clearly. It takes a little time to get comfortably wearing them but they do the job well. I would recommend first trying these aids before buying high priced units that may not offer much more.
