I received the k23 hearing aids and it was easy to set them up and try them. The bluetooth function to make and receive calls is good to have. Unfortunately the K23 hearing did not suit my ear canals very well. I had trouble keeping them in. But apart from that they are ok. I will be returning them and trying the smart R aids. Customer service was quick to reply and helpful.
