Worst customer service. Now May 15. Packages from May 1st USPS waiting. So fed up refund customer because they open a case and no support form Chitchats. All the every say is wait 3 - 5 days. Am done. Stallion not much better, but can't be worse.

No more customer service. Their services has deteriorated so much! Since the announcement of the tariffs we have to fill the custom declaration including HTS code and country of origin (which is perfectly normal) but they also force us to add to every single shipment a signed self-certification of origin with all our business and personal info that our customers will have access !?!?! We are already filing all the custom declarations and origin country so why ??? Our product are already ALL LABELLED made in Canada. Our batch has been denied at our branch because of that. Shipping companies typically handle the logistics and paperwork, but they generally don't have the authority to require or enforce specific certifications on their own. They might advise on the need for a certificate of origin based on the destination country and trade agreement, but they cannot force customers to complete one. It is illegal !

Company is turning into a dictatorship. Because of the US tariffs, and one person mis-declaring their package and everyone suffers. Threatening thousands of dollars of fines, sending all packages back to the branches to be physically examined by staff that basically don’t exist. Don’t pickup calls, barely answer emails, don’t offer any kind of compensation or support when they change their rules after your package is already paid for and sent from the branch to the destination. I guarantee you that canada post is more expensive, but the headaches with chitchats lately just isn’t worth it.

Have been a customer for 3 years and was pleased with their service however the customer service has deteriorated over the last 3 months. You can no longer call their customer service but use email. I had several packages arrive damaged lately and their website has a glitch which changed the postal code incorrectly on 2 recent items.

I have been a customer for a long time but now it seems that their customer service at the top level has gone way way way downhill. The people at the actual drop points are wonderful but when you need assistance asap and can no longer reach help with a shipment that needs to go out that day you have to go through a BOT. the timeframe sucks and often I have to ship without sending the item in question. They close your case without even talking to you I've noticed as well. If they don't change things I will be going back to Canada Post.

I have been a customer forever and was very happy. Lately, it is a disaster. They are losing 50% of international shipments and by losing I mean the carrier like ascendia does not receive my shipments. If there is a delay - they do not communicate that and when I finally mange to get someone on the phone - they did not want to answer what is causing the delay. It is nearly impossible to get a support online. And finally, they do not process the returns properly in CARM. So, you have 5 days to login to CARM and create the declaration by yourself. Overall, at this point I would recommend to go with someone else.

I had a very poor experience with chitchats. If you are a small business do NOT use them. They are very hard to get in contact with if something is lost and they will take months to get your money back to you. Genuinely one of the worst experiences ever
