Chit ChatsReviews of chitchats.com

I shipped to another place in Canada and the carton was totally broken as well as the treasured collector piece inside and then even with all the insurance they denied the claim and this is not even the first breakage sent to this customer that broke. the delivery workers in Ontario are dangerous to your treasures

I have multiple packages that have been sitting idle for almost 3 weeks awaiting for USPS pickup. The branches have all seemed to, like turtles, reeled their collective heads into their shell and are ignoring emails and phone calls, as if waiting out the problem will sort itself out. In fact, the message you get at any of the Quebec branches are all the same, that they are closed and you should call back within normal business hours, despite calling anytime between 8-5. It would seem that when confronted with a challenge or dilema, they chose the unprofessional route! All of those packages were online sales that have been cancelled by the customers and I have lost a great deal of money. I have recently sent out a similar package through Fedex at great expense, but it was delivered despite the tariff debacle, and in 4 days. I will be considering opening a lawsuit for Chitchats gross negligence.

First time dealing with Chit Chats and im not impressed. I ordered some customer buttons for a gaming console from ETSY about 2 weeks ago now. Seller shipped them out the next day. Chit Chats had taken possession the day after that. Well for the last week or soo package has just been sitting in Burlington Ontario with no updates, no movement, nothing. I typically wouldnt care but the fact I ordered some other buttons direct from the oem which is in china last week and they already arrived is annoying. So your telling me something can come from the other side of the world, clear customs, and be on my front porch in a week but something coming from a couple hundred miles away is still sitting in limbo coming up on the 3 week mark.

The final courier that Chit chats uses has damaged 3 packages in one month!! Do not use Chit chats in the TORONTO area. Two of the packages are for the same customer! Then each time it takes 2-3 weeks for Chit chats to send back the damaged parcel!! Epic fail in these two areas. Using GTA GMA as the courier in TORONTO & RETURNS TAKING TOO LONG to send back!!!

DO NOT SHIP WITH CHITCHATS. Chitchats was assigned as the delivery service for my package. The package was marked as delivered but never placed in my mailbox so now I’m forced to fight a losing battle to get my money back. Do not use their services over any actual legitimate mail service. They’ll spend more time and effort fighting over a missing item before they’ll even think of properly handling your mail. First and last time I’ll have the disservice of using ChitChats.

I used Chit chats around 7 years. Yes, sometimes i have issues but compare with another shipping companies I put them 5 stars. They have good prices and amazing customer Service. Just note some situations can't be controlled due many partners in another countries

Unbelievable, I would give them 0 stars if I could and I will be coming in tomorrow to their office to cause a scene as they clearly give no damn about nobody. I shipped a $2000 item over month and half ago, it says 7-10 business days standard and it is still not delivered. I contact them and all they say is "Its on the way". They transfered the package from Chithchats to POSTNL and omg are they the worst company ever that has absolutely no support only a AI bot to answer your questions and we can all imagine how that is going. TERRIBLE, says its dropped off at Pickup point in Mexico and literally NOBODY knows where it is dropped off at, nobody left a notice note, a phone call, a email. NOTHING like what in the world kind of scam is this?

If I could, I would have left ZERO star. An item was shipped on July 2 and arrived on August 13, even though the website stated that it would take 7 to 10 business days. Customer support defended this by saying that it was merely an estimate, but why promote 7 to 10 business days if that is the case?
