Chit ChatsReviews of chitchats.com

OK, so I had a parcel shipped to me from Ottawa Ontario to Kemptville Ontario which is only 40 minutes drive away. Hindsight, I should have driven to pick it up myself. Chit Chat had promised 1-2 days delivery. 10 days later, the parcel still isn't here! Tracking shows that the parcel has been traveling through several cities hundreds of miles away, including Montreal, Toronto, Mississauga. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Parcel will obviously not arrive on time for Christmas. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CARRIER !!!

So far so good. Got to use them during the Canada Post Strike and everything went well. sent about 12 parcels out. All delivered and no issues.

ChitChats has been AMAZING for me and my small business. Very streamlined, well organized, fast and affordable! I love being able to schedule a pick up for consolidated shipments as well.

One of the worst couriers. I’ve never heard of them before and Etsy just shipped my Christmas gift for a family member through them. Two weeks I’ve been tracking the package with bizarre status and no indication of a location. I then saw a status change to mis-sort showing they took my package to a different city to deliver. Calling them was useless. Sent an email and still waiting for a response. Awful! Irresponsible!

I ordered products from a company that uses ChitChats delivery service in Toronto, ON, Canada, and had a very negative experience. Their customer service and tracking is extremely limited - it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone who could help track my package or address the issues I was facing. ChitChats marked my package as "attempted delivery" multiple times, when in reality no one had come to my address. This caused a significant delay - about a week later than expected. If you're considering using ChitChats, I would strongly caution against it based on my experience. Make sure to build in extra time for your delivery, as the false "attempted delivery" notifications seem to be a common problem. Overall, the lack of reliable service and poor customer support make ChitChats a delivery provider I would avoid in the future.

I ordered through Etsy. It is now two weeks since they received the item. The USPS has it now. November 25 to December 2 there was no movement and no updates. The gift sat for a whole week going no where. Granted, Thanksgiving wad one of those days, but a whole week no one movement.

Have only started using Chit Chats because of the postal strike but so far, the service has been great! Cheaper, faster and more efficient than Canada Post to send parcels from Ontario to Vancouver Island. I guess because they use independent couriers across the country, the service could be hit and miss, but so far, I'm a happy customer!
