Chit ChatsReviews of chitchats.com

This is the worst company ever!!! They are so unprofessional and don't care about their employees. Fire you after working there for 1 week without any information given. No training, belittles you and let's go of groups of employees all at once every 2 weeks. No wonder this company sucks and no one goes with them.

They will say ETA is 2 business days for an entire month before you get your package

I wish no stars was an option. If you're buying on Etsy, confirm your seller does NOT use ChitChats. No movement, no tracking, no updates, no customer service. My product has been sitting in Niagara Falls since September 16th. It is now the 30th. Even if it appears in my mailbox on the 2nd (final day of an 11 day delivery window) I wouldn't give them anymore than a single star. Do not use, and do not buy from a seller that uses.

Gong Show. Slow & unreliable. Sometimes shipments make it, sometimes not.

Decided to try them out because they're cheaper than Canada Post and fully regret it. Paid for priority express which was supposed to arrive in 2 - 4 days and they held my package hostage for 2 weeks in the Burlington hub where it was being looped in and out of the facility daily. Sent multiple emails the following week asking them to just return the package or let me pick it up and over a week later they finally replied AFTER it crossed the border saying they can't do anything. Almost 3 weeks later my package is finally in the US and I will make sure to never touch this company again with a 10 ft pole.

Garbage service, I've been waiting over a week for a delivery literally less than a hour away from me. Usually when I get items from chitchats they're usually mishandled and damaged as well, be careful if you're a buyer or seller

The delivery driver for chitchat or whoever they used tried to deliver a package but he was not intelegent enough or able to use any comensens. The address was correct which he said wasn't but he did not fallow instruction and went to the wrong set of elevators. But instead of showing initiative or comonsence, he did not ask at the security desk for direction. He probably just said to himself, oh well i get paid by the hour, not my problem ,so i'm good see ya. now today they cant find it. How do they stay in business???

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to after the crap experience I had. First they lost my package, denied it (of course). Seller had to ship out a replacement out of pocket. Chit Chats then had my order in their possession for two days and no updates happened even though this was meant to be two day shipping. Customer service is impossible to reach to get help. Hope I never buy from anyone who deals with them because this has to be one of my worst shipping experiences.
