The wig is exactly as I ordered

Customer service was very quick to inform me of an out of stock item. I was given the option to wait, or receive a credit for my purchase. I of course opted to wait :) Amanda is the perfect spokesperson. She is informative, thorough and beautiful.

The order was placed months ago - so the wait was unusually long. It did not arrive in time for our vacation ~ which is when I really make use of them. Also I have ordered the colour crème brûlée for years~ but it is a darker blend than it used to be and much darker than it presents in the picture on the website. It is a fantastic product for travellers !! I highly recommend the “scrunchies”.

Very accommodating and eager to make my order right! Suggested similar colours to the wig I ordered ( out of stock) and helped me get a wig in quicker in a fantastic new colour!

Easy to order and I love the Madison wig! Also a beautiful new blond color for me. Very complimentary.

Shipping was relatively quick, colour and fit are lovely, my only complaint is its a lot of hair...I'll trim and thin it...she's very pretty...fibres nice!

Piana is natural looking, low density, and absolutely beautiful! It is incredibly comfortable and will be a daily driver for me. You won’t e disappointed! Ordering from Chiquel was a pleasant experience. I had a question and they responded quickly. I won’t hesitate to order from Chiquel again!

Oh my goodness Everly is in my top 2 favorite wigs!! So nice for summer with the shorter style and easy to manipulate the fibers. Riah brand is wonderful! Thank you Chiquel.
