I love the fact that Amanda shows what the wig actually looks like on in her videos so you can see it real time opposed to just a stock photo! You really get a good sense of what it actually looks like. The only negative thing I can say is the delay in how long it takes to receive the wig once ordered. I also wish more wigs would have length options. I just ordered Gigi and it only comes in a very long length and I will have to cut it and honestly makes me nervous because it is fiber.

I would love it if Chiquel could manage to post better and more accurate pictures of the hair colors. Those of us who aren't lucky enough to live near one of your stores, really depend on those pictures. Not just super close ups, but the full wig so we can see the whole image from roots to tips. It is very difficult to envision what a wig will look like from a 2"x2" "swatch" so to speak. also if you could give customers a little better idea of the delivery time. We have no idea if it will be two weeks or eight months! Their selection is great and Amanda is wonderful!

Shipping time was normal. Nothing unexpected.. The wig company, Chiquel, is reputable and I have recommended this company online and in person. The wig, Rohan, by Amore, is not exactly the quality that I'm used to the Construction is good. The fibers are a little rougher than I'm used to not smooth and silky. There's quite a bit of permatease around the mono top, which I don't care much for. And the messy waves look like real hair that has been over processed and is broken and stressed.. I have worn Rohan several times it's relatively comfortable except for the permatease itch. If I wear her, it's either in an updo either half up half down or up in a clip. And I do that because it does look so raggedy and unhealthy. The lace in part line are fine.. She's kind of fun to have in my collection for sports outings or Jeep rides, but I would not order her again.

I like the wig but it seems like it took a long time to get here.

Hazel was not available for 2 or 3 months in the color i wanted. That was disappointing. But once she arrived it was worth the wait. She is lively and so natural looking.

Love being able to see the wigs first on Amanda. The colors are darker than what I expected though. And I didn't realize someone has to sign for delivery. We aren't always at the house

Item delivered as pictured. This will not be a go-to piece for me, as it looks more like a wig than the others I have bought. Style is not my favorite, but color is okay.

I have ordered twice from Chiquel. This last time the backorder dates got pushed a few times but that's not really your fault. I ordered in May. But once the piece was finally ready to ship out it was quick. Customer service was always very nice and prompt when I would inquire on when my piece could be expected. When she came, I fell in love. I love Andie in Chocolate Buttercream. She is my hair for my daughter's wedding next month.
