Communication about the later than expected delivery was nice. The wig is a bit thicker than expected but I’ll get used to it, and the color is pretty. My only disappointment is I ordered other wigs (most which I kept) but would prefer a refund back to my credit card on returns. The website advertises free returns in big letters but when you use a discount and return you are required to take a credit.

I love my molly wig (this is my 3rd so I always have one ready to go!) because of the fit, the great styling and the comfort of wearing it. I feel fabulous when I wear it, and the Hickory color is amazing! Your customer support and zoom consults are way over the top, and I love Amanda's videos. I am a big fan!

Great prices, adorable Amanda kills it on social media, YouTube, and lives. Usually takes a while-3ish weeks from when I order to get a wig, but the return process was easy the one time I've done that, and everyone I've dealt with when there's been an issue has been friendly and helpful. I love Chiquel. The Chicago wig specifically is excellent :)

This wig looks so elegant on me. I love the style and the soft texture of the synthetic fibers. I wish I had bought one that was a little bit redder, but will enjoy wearing this regardless.

My Mirage Deluxe wig in light Bernstein rooted fits my small noggin perfectly, is so comfy, and light weight. My husband absolutely loves me in her. I wore her all day she looks and feels like my bio hair used to feel after I got a brazillian blowout. I got a ton of compliments on my hair.
