I've loved watching all the videos that Amanda shares as she has taught me so much about the wig journey. I also love when she tries on the wigs so I can better decide what choice is right for me. Your shipping seems slower than most. I made my second purchase from you about 5 days ago and still have not received shipping confirmation or updates.

Shippers noted a defect with the original wig and got ahold of me for replacement. I appreciate keeping me informed and the fast delivery!

I received my wig and it was so easy to take out of package and it was in wonderful shape...I love it I had the opportunity to reach out to company and they were very helpful

I was not happy waiting three months for my wig. Reason for only four stars but customer service was excellent at keeping me updated. Will not be pre ordering again! It’s hard enough waiting two weeks! 😆 I do love my Allie wig it’s my new favourite, will definitely be buying more from Riah line. Love my Donna as well 🤗
