Kept getting different delivery dates and it took a while to get

THE WIG IS GREAT I LOVE IT. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ITS HOW LONG IT TAKES TO SHIP AND RECEIVE THE ITEM

After waiting a couple months for a Chiquel wig I decided to order Mira which I previously ordered and received in a couple weeks. This time I ordered it, it took 2 months to finally receive it. In total I waited 4 months for a new wig. The wig is slightly different than before, the new one has less of a wave.

You need another choice. The ordering , delivery and pricing were great. Unfortunately, the wig doesn’t really work for me. My hairdresser swears she can make it work,but I think I’ll donate it. I ended up going to a cancer wig specialty store, ordered one several times more expensive, and was told, to my surprise, the I have “ a tiny little peanut head”😂Who knew? And that’s why it didn’t work. Really absolutely no complaints about your company or your service.

The color is great. I probably would have loved it if It didn't take over 6 months to get. I think I've purchased several similar styles since, so now it just feels redundant. I'm sure I'll get around to wearing it eventually.

I bought one online, it wasn’t the color I wanted, I ordered one with blondes in it, came back it was brown, lol, not even close. So I had to pay shipping and send it back, I wasn’t allowed to try it on, when you send them back they have to come back as if it came from the factory, so what good is it of you can’t try it on? I did get a credit, so now I have to get another oneI mailed it July 2nd, they received it July6th, and never heard back from them so I had to call. They were fast at getting back to me. I don’t think I’ll buy again from them once I get the one from my credit, what’s the use if you can’t try it on….

There are many things to like about Chiquel. They have great selection. Their prices are fair. Their sales are usually good and we love Amanda. But I have bought many wigs over the years from many different companies, and Chiquel takes absolutely the longest to ship their wigs. I’m not talking about pre-order. These are in stock wigs. Why oh why must it take so long to ship it?

I always love the wigs and there are great sales but the shipping is really lacking. This was an outlet buy so wouldn’t have expected to wait 3 weeks for the delivery.
