Great products. I have ordered on multiple occasions and the products are top quality. There was an item missing from this order and it would have been good to know that was because it was out of stock. Item was refunded immediately, but it would have been better to advise that it wasn't just missing. All good.

You do Everything right. Your customer service is the best, your social media presence is strong. Hiring Amanda 5 star. Even improved shipping to Vancouver. Then I ask myself why I keep buying wigs that I’m not in love with. I love low density, it’s just like my bio hair was. Not loving that it’s so silky, not a stick of volume and I don’t know how or what products to use to make it come alive. Mentioning products in your videos would help a lot and mentioning styling options with those products would be excellent. Thanks Patti from Vancouver
