I received the Alyssa wig, but unfortunately it was just not for me. I contacted Chiquel customer support and received information on returning the wig, which I did. The entire order and return process was very easy and I received credit for my return and ordered another wig. I am very happy with Chiquel's customer service.

Experience was great and shipment was speedy. The wigs I received were both nice. i had to work with one of them a bit because it had a mind of its own. But otherwise I was pleased.

I received my item in good condition and it works real good.

Fast and efficient service

Customer Service helped me changed the color i had originally ordered Katniss in to a different blonde that was a cooler tone! Thank goodness! Very fast and friendly assistance with updated emails that made it very obvious that the change had been made. No stress. Katniss is beautiful and the perfect length for my everyday summer wig. ❤️
