The product was fine and it was delivered quickly. I ordered two hairpieces to see which one would match and suit me the best and I want to return the other one for a refund but I'm told that I can only get a store credit. More than likely I will not buy another hairpiece for a couple of years, therefore I would like to get a refund.

What a disappointing experience. I waited 2 weeks for my wig, and when the parcel arrived it was completely crushed, ripped and destroyed. I have sent photos to Chiquel and they don't care. All Chiquel wigs come from the US, there is NO presence in the UK. They use FedEx for delivery and they are awful. These items should be in an outer box, not a cheap plastic bag like a Temu parcel! This is the worst service I have ever received from any wig supplier. Avoid.

I appreciate the large selection of wigs to choose from. The Jon Renau Ignite wig I received has silky heat defiant fibres and the Oyster colour is perfect, but it is much longer on the sides than what it looked like on others in the videos I watched. I will have to take it to be cut to suit my face. Delivery was quick and I enjoy the live Tuesday video wig reviews by Amanda.
